A piece built on the natural sugars of dates, with prebiotics added. The intent is simple: when sweetness is needed during the day, the ingredients themselves complete the answer — without refined sugar.

We do not bake. This preserves the original aroma and texture of the ingredients, and minimizes change to heat-sensitive nutrients.

The sweetness comes from the natural sugars in tree-dried dates and figs. No white sugar or other refined sugar is used.

Contains soybeans (black beans). Free from gluten, dairy, and eggs. Produced in a workshop that also handles wheat, eggs, dairy, and nuts.

A best-before of 70 days or more from production. The low water activity of the composition means no preservatives are used. After opening, keep in a cool, dark place below 25°C.

We designed two times — afternoon (2PM) and night (NIGHT) — with separate formulations and flavors. Each ingredient choice matches the time it's meant for.

A BITTS concept word for: no white sugar, no synthetic additives, no artificial flavors.
