Article 1 (Members)
1. "Member" means an individual who applies for membership in accordance with the procedures established by the Company, having agreed to these Terms. 2. "Member Information" means information about the attributes of the Member disclosed by the Member to the Company, and information such as transaction history related to the Member. 3. These Terms apply to all Members and must be observed both at the time of registration and thereafter.

Article 2 (Registration)
1. Membership Qualifications. Customers who have applied for membership after agreeing to these Terms shall qualify as Members upon completion of the prescribed registration procedure. Registration must be completed by the prospective Member themselves; registration by proxy is not permitted. We may decline applications from individuals whose membership has previously been revoked or from anyone we deem unsuitable. 2. Entering Member Information. When registering, please read the input instructions carefully and accurately complete all required fields. Special characters, old-style kanji, and Roman numerals may not be used in Member Information. If such characters are entered, the Company may modify them. 3. Password Management. (1) Passwords are to be used only by the Member and may not be transferred or lent to any third party. (2) Members are responsible for managing their passwords, including changing them periodically to prevent disclosure. (3) Any actions taken with respect to the Company using a Member's password shall be deemed actions of the Member themselves, and the Member shall bear all resulting payments and other liabilities.

Article 3 (Changes)
1. Members shall promptly notify the Company of any changes to information previously provided, such as name or address. 2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from failure to update such information. Even where changes have been registered, transactions already in process before the update will proceed based on the prior information.

Article 4 (Withdrawal)
Members wishing to withdraw must complete the withdrawal procedure themselves. Withdrawal becomes effective upon completion of the prescribed procedure.

Article 5 (Loss of Membership and Liability)
1. The Company may revoke membership if a Member made false statements when applying, has defaulted on payment obligations arising from mail-order purchases, or for any other reason the Company deems unsuitable for membership. 2. Members shall be liable for any damages incurred by the Company as a result of the following acts: (1) Improper use of a membership number or password. (2) Interfering with the Company's business by altering information on, or transmitting harmful programs to, our website. (3) Infringing the intellectual property rights of products handled by the Company. (4) Any other act in violation of these Terms.

Article 6 (Handling of Member Information)
1. As a rule, the Company will not disclose Member Information to third parties without the prior consent of the Member. However, the Company may disclose Member Information and other customer information without prior consent in the following cases: (1) When disclosure is required by law. (2) When the Company deems it necessary to protect its rights, interests, or reputation. 2. The Company manages Member Information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Company may use Member Information for the purposes of providing services to Members, improving service quality, encouraging service use, and ensuring sound and smooth operation of the services. 3. The Company may provide Members with information (including advertising) by newsletter or other means. Members who do not wish to receive such information may opt out by following the prescribed procedure. However, communications necessary for the operation of these services cannot be stopped at the Member's request.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)
1. Violating any applicable law, these Terms, the service usage notes, the shopping guidelines, or any other applicable rules. 2. Harming the rights, interests, or reputation of the Company or other third parties. 3. Engaging in acts that may negatively impact the physical or mental well-being of minors, or any act contrary to public order and morals. 4. Engaging in acts that cause inconvenience or discomfort to other users or third parties. 5. Submitting false information. 6. Transmitting or posting harmful programs, emails, or similar content. 7. Improperly accessing the Company's servers or other computers. 8. Lending, transferring, or sharing a password with any third party. 9. Any other act the Company deems inappropriate.

Article 8 (Service Interruption and Suspension)
1. To maintain good operating conditions, the Company may suspend all or part of these services without prior notice in the following cases: (1) When required for routine or emergency system maintenance. (2) When system load is concentrated. (3) When system operation is difficult due to fire, power outage, interference by third parties, or similar events. (4) Any other case where the Company deems suspension unavoidable.

Article 9 (Service Changes and Discontinuation)
The Company may, at its discretion, modify or discontinue all or part of these services at any time without prior notice.

Article 10 (Disclaimer)
1. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by Members due to system interruptions, delays, cessations, data loss caused by communication line or computer failures, unauthorized access to data, or any other damages related to the Company's services. 2. The Company does not guarantee that emails or content sent from its webpages, servers, or domains are free from harmful elements such as computer viruses. 3. The Company shall not be liable for any damages arising from a Member's violation of these Terms.

Article 11 (Amendment of Terms)
The Company may revise these Terms at its discretion and may establish supplementary rules (the "Supplementary Rules"). Such revisions or supplements shall become effective upon posting on the Company's designated site. Members shall be bound by the revised Terms and any Supplementary Rules.

Article 12 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)
Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the district court having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's head office as the court of first instance.

Article 13 (Purchases by Minors)
1. If a Member is a minor, parental or guardian consent is required to purchase these products. Please confirm consent has been obtained before checking the checkbox.

Article 14 (Subscriptions)
Subscriptions are a system in which products are automatically delivered each month without the need to reorder. Pauses and cancellations can be made from your account. Please note that during the shipping preparation period, or while there is an outstanding payment for previously delivered products, we cannot accept pauses or stops for the next delivery. Please settle any outstanding payments and contact us by the 20th of each month, before shipping preparation for the following month begins. *Cancellations cannot be accepted after shipment.
