Subscription Cancellation Policy

Some products in our store are offered as subscriptions. This policy explains how to modify or cancel these purchase options.

About Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, products are delivered to you on a recurring basis according to the frequency you selected (weekly, biweekly, monthly, etc.).

Payments

  • Payment information is stored securely and charged automatically with each delivery
  • For prepaid plans, the full amount is charged at the first delivery
  • Some subscriptions renew automatically at the end of the contract period

Changes, Skips, and Cancellations

  • You can change, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time from your account
  • Changes made at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery are guaranteed to be processed
  • Changes within 14 days may not be possible depending on shipping preparation status
  • You can manage your subscription from your account using the link in your order confirmation email
  • To prevent automatic renewal, please cancel before the end of the contract period
