RETURN POLICY

Returns and Exchanges

Due to the nature of food products, we do not accept returns or exchanges at the customer's request.

We will promptly process returns, refunds, or exchanges only in the following cases:

  • The product is significantly damaged
  • The product has a clear defect or fault
  • The product delivered does not match your order
Procedure

Within 7 days of receipt, please contact support@bitts.jp with the following:

  • Your order number
  • A photo showing the condition of the product
  • A description of the issue

Once reviewed, we will guide you through the return process or arrange a replacement.

Refunds

If a return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically through your original payment method within 10 business days of receipt and inspection.

Subscriptions

Cancellations or changes cannot be accepted once an order has entered shipping preparation. To change or skip a delivery, please update your preferences from your account at least 14 days before the next scheduled delivery.

Exclusions
  • Customer preference (image discrepancy, taste preference, etc.)
  • More than 7 days have passed since receipt
  • Opened products, or quality changes resulting from customer storage
